Alaskey manages high-capacity logistics networks engineered to transport heavy, high-volume personal wellness hardware, inflatable plunge tubs, and recovery equipment across North America. We strive to provide transparent processing, secure transit, and punctual distribution timelines.


SECTION 1 - TERRITORIAL COVERAGE AND REGIONAL LOGISTICS MARGINS

We provide reliable freight and package distribution to the following target markets:

  • The United States: Coverage includes all contiguous states (the Lower 48). Extended transit schedules, alternative freight rates, and transport constraints apply to the non-contiguous states and territories of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military APO/FPO locations.

  • Canada: Full distribution coverage across all Canadian provinces (including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Maritimes). Deliveries routed to northern territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) may be subject to specialized regional carrier capacity fees and extended delivery windows.

 

SECTION 2 - WAREHOUSE PROCESSING AND HANDLING FRAMEWORKS

  • Processing Windows: All orders received are subject to a processing and handling time frame of one (1) to two (2) standard business days, provided that the required inventory is fully available within our localized regional nodes. Orders are processed from Monday through Friday. Our fulfillment centers do not process or dispatch items on weekends or recognized national holidays in the US and Canada.

  • Tracking Dispatch: As soon as a parcel is checked out from our fulfillment bays and handed over to the courier network, an automated transaction email containing active tracking links and carrier data will be dispatched to your email address. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for tracking data to update on the carrier's digital dashboard.

 

SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT RATES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

All freight costs are dynamically calculated based on the total physical weight, dimensional volume, and specific postal/zip code destination of the shipment. These fees are detailed at checkout.

  • United States Deliveries: Contiguous shipments are routed via UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS Priority. Delivery timelines range from three (3) to seven (7) standard business days following dispatch.

  • Canada Deliveries: Shipments are managed via Canada Post Expedited, UPS Canada, or FedEx Canada. Estimated delivery timelines range from four (4) to nine (9) standard business days from dispatch.

  • Expedited Delivery: Upgraded shipping options (including 2-Day and Overnight options) can be toggled at checkout for select regional postal zones. Expedited carrier fees are completely non-refundable once an item leaves our facilities.

 

SECTION 4 - TARIFFS, CUSTOMS PROCEDURES, AND REGIONAL TAXATION

To maintain a native, frictionless customer experience across international boundaries:

  • US Marketplace Operations: Domestic orders are dispatched from our warehouses within the United States. Consequently, US consumers will not incur cross-border duties, import tariffs, or international customs handling fees.

  • Canadian Marketplace Operations: Orders intended for Canadian destinations are processed natively with all applicable federal and provincial sales taxes (GST, HST, PST) clearly added at checkout. Alaskey manages and pays all cross-border clearance tariffs and brokerage logistics in advance, ensuring that packages arrive directly at your destination with zero hidden delivery charges.

 

SECTION 5 - ADDRESS CORRECTIONS, UNCLAIMED PACKAGES, AND CARRIER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Accuracy: The buyer bears total accountability for entering precise delivery data, phone contact lines, and postal details at checkout. Our backend runs address check validation, but we cannot modify details once an order is sent to our warehouse lines. Alaskey is not responsible for lost packages resulting from inaccurate address inputs.

  • Return to Sender Fees: If a shipment is returned to an Alaskey facility by the courier due to delivery failures, wrong address inputs, or consumer failure to arrange pickup for signature-required parcels, the customer must cover the return freight costs and secondary dispatch fees before we will attempt a re-shipment.
