Frequently Asked Questions
What materials are used in your molds?
Every product is forged from 100% heavy-duty, medical-grade industrial silicone. Our custom matrix is completely free of toxic elements, chemical byproducts, and fillers, ensuring extreme durability and zero chemical leaching.
How do the reinforced walls prevent bowing?
Unlike standard flimsy silicone molds that sag under weight, our products are engineered with specialized exterior vertical reinforcement legs. This architectural scaffolding eliminates bowing and warping, holding a perfectly straight grid silhouette even during maximum, high-volume fills.
What temperature limits can the silicone handle?
Our silicone features extreme thermal resilience. It is structurally rated to handle intense environments ranging from sub-zero deep-freeze applications up to high-heat curing environments without warping, cracking, or degrading over time.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We manage all fulfillment and distribution natively from our North American hubs directly to the US and Canada. Standard transit times generally span 3 to 7 business days, depending on your region.
How do I ensure a clean release for my projects?
Our molds are built with a pristine, micro-polished internal surface profile that naturally allows materials to pop out cleanly. For extra convenience or dense resin applications, a light application of standard mold release spray can be used, though it is usually completely optional.
Can I use these molds for both food-grade ice and industrial resins?
While our material matrix is 100% pure, non-toxic, and safe, we strictly recommend dedicating a single mold to a single type of application. If a mold is used for industrial epoxy, resins, or chemical casting, it should never be reused for food-grade ice blocks.
How should I clean and store my mold between projects?
Clean the internal matrix using warm water and mild, non-abrasive soap. Avoid using harsh chemical solvents or scrubbers that could dull the micro-polished internal surface. Store the mold flat in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve its shape indefinitely.
Do you offer bulk or commercial pricing for high-volume studios?
Yes. We provide tailored commercial pricing tiers for production studios, workshops, and commercial operations. Please reach out via our dedicated Support Nexus form with your operational details, volume requirements, and business entity information to set up an account.
