Refund policy

At Alaskey, our commitment to product excellence and consumer satisfaction is paramount. Because our product lines include personal wellness equipment, portable inflatable therapy pools, specialized silicone molds, and chemical water treatment solutions, we enforce strict compliance guidelines to guarantee hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Please read this document in its entirety before initiating a return request.


SECTION 1 - RETURN WINDOW AND INITIAL ELIGIBILITY POLICIES

You have a period of exactly thirty (30) consecutive calendar days from the verified date of delivery (as confirmed by the designated carrier tracking log) to request a return, exchange, or store credit for your purchase. To qualify for a return under this standard framework, the item must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

  • The product must remain in completely pristine, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

  • For portable inflatable bathtubs and plunge pools: The item must never have been unpacked completely, unrolled, inflated, or introduced to water, moisture, or outdoor environments. Any signs of inflation or water residue will result in an immediate forfeiture of return eligibility.

  • For silicone ice molds and hardware accessories: The items must be completely free of mineral deposits, water spots, dirt, or cosmetic blemishes.

  • The item must be returned inside its original, manufacturer-issued retail packaging. This includes all structural cardboard dividers, plastic protective wrappers, bubble wrap, polybags, inflation pumps, extension hoses, drainage valves, repair patches, instructional manuals, and documentation booklets.

  • You must present verifiable proof of purchase, which includes either your original Alaskey store order number, an authorized digital invoice, or transaction records matching our database profiles.


SECTION 2 - EXCLUSIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Certain categories of items are strictly excluded from our standard return pipeline due to environmental safety, regional health regulations, and hygiene liabilities. Non-returnable merchandise includes:

  • Opened, unsealed, or partially deployed chemical water treatment solutions, clarifiers, stabilizers, and testing strips.
  • Custom-manufactured, specialized, or personalized goods built to unique client specifications.
  • Promotional items explicitly designated at the time of purchase as "Final Sale," "As-Is," or "Non-Returnable."
  • Digital or physical gift cards issued by Alaskey.


SECTION 3 - THE COMPREHENSIVE RETURN PIPELINE

To initiate a return, you must execute the following structured process:

  • Submit a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to our dedicated support infrastructure at support@alaskey.com. Your transmission must explicitly state your full name, phone number, active order ID, specific itemization of the products you intend to return, and a descriptive explanation for the return.

  • Upon checking your order profile, our support personnel will determine eligibility. If provisionally authorized, you will receive an official RMA document alongside designated warehouse routing addresses.

  • You are strictly prohibited from shipping items back to Alaskey without an active, approved RMA number. Packages received without documented tracking or pre-authorization will be rejected at our loading docks or disposed of without compensation.

  • Return Freight Costs: The customer assumes total financial responsibility for all return shipping costs, courier fees, and customs duties incurred during the return transit. Alaskey does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns. We strongly advocate for the utilization of trackable shipping networks (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and the procurement of shipping insurance covering the full retail value of the cargo. Alaskey is not legally or financially liable for items lost, stolen, or structurally damaged while in transit back to our receiving centers.


SECTION 4 - INSPECTION, RECONCILIATION, AND REFUND DISBURSEMENT

  • Intake and Review: Upon safe arrival at our fulfillment nexus, the parcel will undergo a rigorous physical evaluation by our quality assurance personnel. This intake process typically takes between three (3) to five (5) standard business days.

  • Approval Thresholds: If the item passes inspection and is confirmed to be in its original, unopened, resalable state, a full or partial refund will be approved. If an item is returned with damaged original packaging, missing component pieces, or minor signs of tampering, Alaskey reserves the right to enforce a restocking fee of up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the original purchase amount, deducted directly from your final refund settlement.

  • Payment Methods: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original funding mechanism utilized during the checkout process. We cannot disburse funds to alternative credit cards, banking accounts, or third-party networks.

  • Processing Delay: Following our digital release of the refund, please allow a processing window of five (5) to ten (10) local banking days for the capital to manifest in your account. This delay is governed strictly by the policies of your card-issuing institution and banking clearinghouses.


SECTION 5 - DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INACCURATE SHIPMENTS

  • Inbound Inspection: We urge all patrons to inspect their shipments within forty-eight (48) hours of physical receipt. If your order arrives with structural damage, manufacturing defects, or missing structural elements (such as missing valves or torn seals), you must contact support@alaskey.com instantly.

  • Evidence Submission: Your claim must be accompanied by comprehensive photographic or video documentation displaying the exterior courier box, internal packaging, and clear close-ups of the product defects or damages.

  • Resolution Protocols: Once our engineering or support team verifies a legitimate product defect or transport-related structural failure, Alaskey will organize a rapid replacement delivery or issue a full refund at absolutely zero additional cost to the buyer. In these specific circumstances, Alaskey will handle any required return freight logistics for the compromised unit.
